All our rooms are complete with the following appliances and furnishings:

4. How much is your rental rate?
Our rental rate is based on our tenants preferred length of stay with 1 month minimum and bunk bed assignment.

5. Can I rent the whole room?
Yes. But the total number of persons allowed inside the room should not exceed by four (4). All tenants will still be subject for biometric registration.

7. How many pax per room?
All our rooms are good for maximum of four (4) persons only.
8. Can I schedule a viewing of your model unit?
Yes. Viewing is available Monday to Sunday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM except holidays.
9. What are the initial requirements I need to prepare?
Please send us a copy of your company ID, one (1) government issued ID and your latest pay slip or any proof of employment.

10. What are the payment terms?
We require one (1) month advance payment and (1) month security deposit regardless of the length of stay.

11. How do I reserve a unit?
Interested parties must submit the initial requirement required prior move-in and must accomplished the dorm’s Tenant Info Sheet which will be reviewed by the Dorm Management. Once approve, you will be asked to pay one (1) month advance payment and (1) month security deposit.

12. Can I move-in beyond your office hours?
Move-In beyond our dorm office hours will be subject for approval by the management. In most cases, we do make necessary adjustments to attend to such requests given that it is not too early nor too late wherein we may disturb other tenants in the room of the same assignment.

13. Can I move-in during weekends or holidays?
Move-In is allowed from Monday to Sunday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM except holidays.

14. Does the rental rate include the utility charges?
Utilities such as electricity and water are not included in the monthly rental rate. Each room has their own electric meter and water submeter. Dorm Management will send a Statement of Account via email were the utilities will be equally divided to the number of persons inside the unit.

15. When is the due date for rent?
Due date for rent will be schedule seven (7) days prior to the date of the tenant’s actual move-in. Please see below chart for your reference:

16. When is the due date for the utilities?
Due date of the utilities will be schedule two (2) weeks from the billing date.

17. Do you have any amenities in the building?
We have a roof deck where our tenants take a break from their work, do their regular exercises or just hangout.
​
18. Do you offer Free Wi-Fi access?
Yes. The Management issues a Wi-Fi voucher to all our tenants on a monthly basis. The Wi-Fi voucher is only valid for 30 days. Please be advised that our Wi-Fi is free but access is limited and ideal only for browsing inside the building. It is provided on an "As Available" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free internet service.

19. Do you accept cash payment in the dorm?
We only accept cash payments through bank channels. All payment should be deposited/transferred to this bank account:

20. Is there a parking for lease?
Yes. Tenants can avail of our Parking Space for a monthly rental of PHP 3,000 for four-wheel-type of vehicle and PHP 2,000 for motorcycle parking.

21. Can I invite guests/visitors in my room?
For safety and security purposes, guests/visitors are not allowed inside the room. Except during the initial move-in day, guests/visitors are only allowed in the reception area.

22. Can I invite other tenants in my room?
No. Room hopping is strictly prohibited and your contract can be terminated.
​
23. Can I use the available bed aside the one assigned to me while no one is using it?
No. Bed hopping is strictly prohibited and your contract can be terminated.

24. How safe and secure is your place?
To maintain the safety and security of all our tenants as well our dorm staff the dorm has the following features:
-24/7 CCTV Cameras
-24 Hours On-Duty Guards
-Fire Alarm & Detection System
-Regular Disinfection

25. What is the dorms precautionary measures with the ongoing pandemic?
The Dorm Management takes necessary measures in line with the governments mandate to help prevent the spread of the ongoing virus and keep all our tenants, staff and guests safe by performing the following:
-Disinfection of the Lobby Area everyday
-Twice a Week Disinfection of All Rooms and Common Areas
-Temperature Check of All Incoming Tenants, Staff and Guests
-Disinfection of All Incoming Packages/Deliveries (except Food Deliveries)
-Mandatory Wearing of Face Mask / Face Shield in Common Areas
Strict Implementation of Social Distancing at All Times

26. Do you have a Covid Response Program?
Yes. Please see our Covid Response Program in line with the DOH and IATF mandate.
27. Can I bring other appliances/furnishings in the unit?
Since all our rooms are already fully furnished, bringing in additional appliances/furnishings is not advisable (especially bulky ones). Bringing in additional appliances/furnishings will be subject to Dorm Management approval.

28. Can I wash/hang clothes inside the unit?
Washing/Hanging of clothes is strictly prohibited inside the room. We have a third-party Laundry Service who offers the same services with free pick-up and delivery for a very affordable price.

29. Is cooking allowed inside the unit?
Yes. All our rooms has its own kitchenette with a built-in exhaust fan. But use of LPG, butane or any of the cooking equipment that uses the same is strictly prohibited. Electric cooking stove or induction cooker is allowed and must be used with caution.

30. Can I extend my contract lease?
Yes. For contract extensions, please call/message/viber us at 0908 811 4339 or email us at hellodorm.escuela@gmail.com. Or simply accomplish the Extension Form available at the reception area.

31. Can I pre-terminate my contract?
You may pre-terminate your contract at any time but your Security Deposit will be forfeited and on top of that, you will also have to pay a pre-termination fee equal to one-month rent.

32. Can I request room/bed transfer?
Room/Bed transfer is allowed for a fee and will be subject for approval by the dorm management.
